Cancellation & Refund Policy

1) Order Placement and Cancellation:
  • Once an order is placed, no cancellations will be allowed.
  • Cancellation requests will only be considered if made immediately after placing the order.
  • Cancellation requests may not be entertained if orders have been communicated to vendors/merchants and the shipping process has been initiated.
2) Refunds:
  • No refunds will be provided after the order has been placed.
  • We do not accept cancellation requests for perishable items such as flowers and eatables.
  • Refund or replacement may be considered if the customer establishes that the quality of the delivered product, including digital marketing and development services, is unsatisfactory.
  • Receipt of damaged or defective items should be reported to our Customer Service team within 30 days of product receipt. The request will be processed after the merchant has verified and confirmed the issue.
3) Service Discrepancies:

If you believe that the received product, including digital marketing and development services, does not match the description on the site or meet your expectations, please notify our customer service within 30 days of receiving the product. The Customer Service Team will investigate your complaint and make an appropriate decision.

4) No Refund Policy:

Please note that once an order is placed, no refunds will be provided under any circumstances.
