Job Summary

We are looking for a Google Ads Specialist who can create, manage, and optimize paid campaigns that drive meaningful results. This role requires a strategic thinker who understands both the technical and psychological aspects of paid search and display advertising. You will be responsible for executing high-performing campaigns, analyzing performance metrics, and continuously improving efficiency and ROI.

What you will do

  • Develop, launch, and manage Google Ads campaigns with a strong focus on performance and profitability.
  • Conduct in-depth keyword research and audience segmentation to reach the right customers.
  • Continuously test and optimize ad copy, bidding strategies, and landing pages for maximum conversions.
  • Identify and implement negative keywords to improve targeting and reduce wasted ad spend.
  • Track every click, every conversion, every dollar. You should feel when something’s off before the reports tell you.
  • Manage and train the team, project development, timelines, and results to meet client goals.
  • Optimize campaigns across Google Search, Display, YouTube, and Performance Max to drive the best results.
  • Leverage automation, scripts, and AI-driven bidding strategies where appropriate.
  • You will be responsible for planning and implementation of daily account management responsibilities associated with Google Ads, Bing and other search platforms for a variety of clients.

Requirements

  • Proven experience managing and optimizing Google Ads campaigns with a focus on ROI.
  • Deep knowledge of bidding strategies, audience targeting, and campaign segmentation.
  • Advanced skills in Google Analytics, GTM, and conversion tracking. If attribution confuses you, this isn’t for you.
  • Ability to write engaging ad copy that aligns with consumer intent and drives action.
  • Familiarity with multiple platforms (e.g. AdWords, Facebook, and Yahoo) are preferred.
  • Advanced skills in Excel/Google Sheets for data analysis and reporting.
  • Experience with Performance Max, YouTube Ads, and other advanced Google Ads features.
  • Ability to manage multiple campaigns and budgets efficiently.
  • Manage and monitor spend to ensure it is in line with the assigned budget.
  • Keep up to date with market and technology related developments.
