What you will do

• Create & execute high-converting social media campaigns that drive actual business results, not just likes.
• Write killer ad copy that stops people mid-scroll and forces them to care.
• Spy on competitors and steal their best-performing strategies (then make them better)
• Run A/B tests on creatives, copy, and audiences until you find the golden formula.
• Crack the code on TikTok, Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and emerging platforms before the market saturates.
• Develop retargeting strategies that bring back lost leads and make them convert.
• Monitor analytics with the rest of the team to identify viable ideas, trends, and growth patterns to grow insights.
• Prepare accurate reports on our marketing campaign's overall performance.
• Understand audience behaviour and create segmentation.
• Spot trends before they’re trends and leverage them before they become stale.

Requirements

• Hands-on experience with Meta Ads, TikTok Ads, LinkedIn Ads, and YouTube Shorts.
• Deep knowledge of consumer psychology, behavioral science, and persuasive messaging.
• Case studies, reports, or previous campaign results that show you can deliver.
• Familiarity with AI tools and automation to enhance efficiency (but not replace strategy).
• A mindset that prioritizes results over vanity metrics.
• Coordinate with advertising and media experts to improve marketing results.
• Identify the latest trends and technologies affecting on Social Media Ads.
