We are seeking a motivated Junior SEO Executive with 1-2 years of experience to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a strong focus on off-page SEO strategies, particularly in building high-quality backlinks. You will play a crucial role in enhancing our online presence and driving organic traffic through innovative and effective link-building techniques.

What you will do

• Develop and execute off-page SEO strategies to acquire high-quality backlinks from reputable websites.
• Conduct competitor analysis to identify backlink opportunities and gaps in our current strategy.
• Engage in outreach campaigns to build relationships with bloggers, influencers, and webmasters for guest posting and backlink acquisition.
• Monitor and analyze backlink profiles using tools like Ahrefs, SEMrush, or Moz to ensure quality and relevance.
• Utilize social media platforms to promote content and generate organic backlinks.
• Collaborate with content creators to develop link-worthy content that attracts backlinks naturally.
• Stay updated with the latest SEO trends and algorithm changes to adapt strategies accordingly.
• Report on backlink performance and provide insights for continuous improvement.

Requirements

• 1-2 years of experience in SEO, with a strong emphasis on off-page optimization and link building.
• Familiarity with SEO tools such as Google Analytics, Ahrefs, SEMrush, or similar.
• Understanding of search engine algorithms and ranking factors.
• Excellent communication skills for effective outreach and relationship building.
• Ability to analyze data and derive actionable insights to improve backlink strategies.
• Creative thinking and problem-solving skills to identify unique backlink opportunities.
• Basic knowledge of HTML and web publishing is a plus.
